At Joy Skin Studio, we strive to provide the best services and customer experience. To ensure smooth operations and fairness to all clients, please review our policies below:
1. Appointments & Walk-Ins
• Appointments are recommended to ensure availability.
• Walk-ins are welcome if we are available, but we encourage booking in advance to secure your preferred time.
• Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a cancellation fee may apply.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
• We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within less than 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price.
• Clients who fail to provide notice and do not show up will be considered a No-Show (see policy below).
3. No-Show Policy
• A client who fails to attend their appointment without prior notice will be considered a No-Show.
• No-shows will be blocked from booking future appointments.
4. No Refunds
• All services are final sale. We do not offer refunds for any services rendered, including but not limited to facials, threading, waxing, microblading, ombré powder brows, lip blush, lip neutralization, microneedling, and peels.
• If you are unsure about a service, we encourage you to book a consultation beforehand.
5. Permanent Makeup & Skin Treatments
• For Microblading, Ombré Powder Brows, Lip Blush, and Lip Neutralization, a consultation is recommended before booking.
• Touch-up sessions must be scheduled within the recommended timeframe. If scheduled outside this period, full pricing may apply.
• For Microneedling and Peels, clients must follow all pre- and post-care instructions provided by the studio to achieve optimal results.
6. Health & Safety
• Clients must disclose any skin conditions, allergies, medical concerns, or use of medications that may affect treatment results.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if a condition may pose a health risk.
7. Studio Etiquette
• No guests or children are allowed in the treatment room due to safety and hygiene regulations.
• Please silence your phone during your appointment to maintain a relaxing environment.
